RedGold Pepper Jelly is a small family business. We collect only what we need to fill your order and answer your questions, and we never sell or share it for marketing.

When you order

We receive your name, email, phone number (if you give it), and your address if you choose delivery. We use them only to fill and deliver your order and to contact you about it. Florida orders are handled by our Tampa kitchen and Massachusetts orders by our Massachusetts kitchen.

Payments

No payment is taken on the website. After you order, we email you to confirm your total and how you'd like to pay (cash, check, Venmo or Zelle). We never ask for card numbers.

When you contact us

Messages from our contact form are emailed to us so we can reply. We keep them only as long as we need them.

On this website

Our shop remembers your chosen state and the jars in your order in your own browser, so they're still there if you come back. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits; it doesn't use cookies or track you across other sites.
