Delivery & Refunds

Who fills your order

RedGold is made in two family kitchens. Florida orders are made and delivered by our kitchen in Tampa, Florida. Massachusetts orders are made and delivered by our kitchen in Massachusetts.

Where we deliver

Hand delivery — we bring your order to you in the Tampa area, or near our Massachusetts kitchen. After you order, we'll email you to confirm your address is in our area and set a time.
Local pickup — after you order, we'll email you to set a pickup time.

We don't ship by mail or courier.

Timing

Every batch is made by hand, so orders are usually ready within a few days; during the holiday rush it can take a little longer. We'll email you if there's a delay.

Returns and refunds

Because RedGold is a food product, we can't accept returns of opened or unopened jars. But we want every jar to arrive perfect: if a jar is broken, damaged or wrong when you get it, email us at info@redgoldpepperjelly.com within 7 days with a photo, and we'll bring you a replacement on our next delivery, have one ready for pickup, or give you a full refund.

Cancellations

Need to change or cancel? Email us before your order is delivered or picked up, and we'll refund you in full.

Prices

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Sales tax is added where it applies; we'll confirm your total by email.
