
⅔ cup Red Gold
⅓ cup Rice Vinegar
⅓ cup Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Ginger
2 tsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Sesame Seed (optional)
Mix together. Baste on your choice of meats. Bake or grill!

For instance:
Marinate 1-2lbs Salmon in 1/2 c Red Gold Glaze for 2 hours or more.

Bake skin side down at 425 degrees, for 15 minutes. Baste occasionally with extra glaze.
Or grill, 6 minutes/side. Baste near end of time so as not to burn.
