¾ cup Red Gold

Spread 1/2 cup Red Gold onto thawed Puff pastry sheet.

Place Brie wheel in middle.

Spread remainder of RedGold Jelly on top of Brie.

Pull up pastry sheet to cover and seal.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serve with crackers.
